ST. LOUIS — The developer behind City Foundry STL will kick off its next historic redevelopment in October in downtown St. Louis.
New + Found said its $195 million renovation of the Mansion House complex at 300 N. Fourth Street, about three blocks north of the Gateway Arch, will entail a top-to-bottom makeover for the nearly 60-year-old building.
The 29-story tower will retain all 415 apartments, including 130 studios, 207 one-bedrooms and 78 two-bedrooms.
The firm, which invested nearly $400 million on the redevelopment of City Foundry complex in Midtown, is partnering with Utah-based Catalyst Opportunity Funds on the project, according to a release.
“Our strategy at New + Found is to invest in landmark properties that define the character of St. Louis,” founder and CEO Steve Smith
