MARBLETOWN, N.Y. — A Kingston resident was treated for minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on state Route 213, state police said Monday.
At about 1:24 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, Cyalden D. Sherpa, 33, of Elmhurst, was pulling out of a driveway on Route 213 and failed to yield right of way to oncoming traffic, according to authorities. Sherpa was hit by a 2012 Honda driven by Brigit H. Moynihan, 55, of Kingston, they added.
Moynihan was taken to HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston.
No tickets were issued.
