NEWBERRY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says a Newberry man has been arrested on five charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
Timothy Kent Hart, 41, of Newberry, is accused of possessing files of child sexual abuse material.
Hart was arrested on September 26, and charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree (§16-15-410).
He is facing up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) which led them to Hart.
