KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man is behind bars after he allegedly shot his victim in the head for “snitching.”
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Sunday, Sept. 28, indicate that Nathan D. Roscoe, 42, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with a weekend shooting.
A probable cause statement filed by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office revealed that around 4 p.m. on Saturday, emergency crews were called to a Kansas City home with reports of a shooting.

While en route, investigators said they learned that the victim had been shot in the head by the suspect, later identified as Roscoe, but was still breathing.
