MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Bishop State Community College saw record-breaking enrollment this fall.

According to a Bishop State news release, 4,505 students are enrolled for Fall 2025, its highest in two decades. This is a 12.6% increase from last year's 4,001 students.

These newest numbers also mark three consecutive years of double-digit growth since Fall 2022.

“This milestone is proof that our vision is working,” Olivier Charles, president of Bishop State, said. “Our faculty, staff, and partners are doing the hard work every day to ensure Bishop State is a place where students not only enroll but thrive. Surpassing 4,500 students shows that our community believes in what we’re doing, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going.”
