ATHENS, Pa. (WETM) — A man was arrested on Friday after police said he drove a vehicle, without a license while drunk into the Guthrie clinic in Athens.

Steven D. Couplin, 36, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 26, on the following charges, according to an affidavit of probable cause from the Athens Borough Police Department: • DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) - a grade one misdemeanor • DUI: Gen imp/inc of driving safely - a misdemeanor • Recklessly endangering another person - a grade two misdemeanor • Unauthorized use motor/other vehicles - a grade two misdemeanor • Accident involving damage damage attended vehicle/prop - a grade three misdemeanor • Careless driving - a summary offense • Reckless driving - a summary offense • Driving without a license - a summary offe
