MEMPHIS, Tenn.— FedEx pilots are signaling deep unrest inside the company, declaring a formal vote of no confidence in President and CEO Rajesh Subramaniam as shareholders meet in Memphis for the 2025 annual meeting.

The FedEx Master Executive Council of the Air Line Pilots Association, representing more than 5,000 pilots, accuses Subramaniam of abandoning the company’s “people-first” culture in favor of what they call a narrow “profit-first” mindset.

Union leaders argue corporate restructuring efforts—such as DRIVE, One FedEx, and Network 2.0—have weakened employee trust and risk undermining FedEx’s long-standing People–Service–Profit philosophy.
