A Florida couple who invested in part ownership of an Aspen vacation home allege they are victims of a bait-and-switch scheme that has deprived them of future use of the property.

Nancy and Stefan Richter filed a lawsuit in Pitkin County District Court claiming that San Francisco-based Pacaso Inc. violated an agreement giving the couple exclusive rights to use the home for 28 consecutive days starting the third August of each year.
