MANTORVILLE, Minn. – Cori Kennedy, a country music hopeful from southern Minnesota, is hitting all the right notes on national television. The Kasson-Mantorville native recently made her debut on "The Voice," celebrating with a lively watch party surrounded by her nearest and dearest at the Mantorville Saloon.

The saloon was buzzing with energy, with every cheer and clap for their hometown hero. Koreen Seim, co-owner of the Mantorville Saloon, couldn't hide her pride. "Cori has sang at our bar before. I just get goosebumps watching her," Seim said, a sentiment clearly shared by everyone there.
