The project aims to transform city travel with faster, fare-free, and environmentally sustainable transit service. However, the ongoing construction is causing some disruptions for local residents.
Ruby Hammond, who manages Nursery Tree Shrubs on Second Street Southwest, is experiencing the impact firsthand. "This first week has been hard to navigate. We noticed people having a lot of confusion," Hammond said about the traffic around her business.
