A source told the People that Swift delivered a moving speech about the history of their friendship, with her and Gomez stretching back to 2008 when both were linked to Jonas brothers.

It is believed that Swift was not the only one who had speech duties. Ed Sheeran, who has previously collaborated with Blanco on hits including “Dive” and “Castle on the Hill”, is understood to have also spoken.
