CARROLLTOWN, Pa. —
A Carrolltown Borough teenager has been charged as an adult with criminal homicide after officials opened an investigation into the suspicious deaths of two individuals in Cambria County.
In a release on Tuesday, state police said Judah Courtney, 14, was charged in connection with the deaths of Olivia Courtney, 32, and Ashley Cook, 38, who were found inside a home in the 100 block of Flick Avenue around 6 p.m. Monday. Advertisement
Both victims, according to Pennsylvania State Police, sustained multiple stab wounds and were pronounced dead on the scene. Troopers said three knives were recovered from the scene.
Troopers later learned that Olivia was Judah's biological mother and that all three lived in the same home together.
