A house in Homer that sold for $377,500 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 14 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $222,964, or $122 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,088-square-foot detached house at 1368 E. River Road in Cortlandville, has been sold. The total purchase price was $165,000, $152 per square foot. The house was built in 1900. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Aug. 28.
