MONROE COUNTY, Ohio — A Monroe County man is under investigation after deputies say he is connected to thefts and vandalism in Lewisville, Wayne Township and other areas.
Deputies responded Sept. 6 to a report of a break-in and theft at a property on Edwina Road, according to the Monroe County sheriff’s office. The next day, deputies investigated vandalism at the Wayne Township Building, also on Edwina Road.
Detectives later recovered some of the stolen property Sept. 25 at the Firehouse Road residence of Zachary Link in Lewisville. Investigators also found evidence connecting Link to the Wayne Township vandalism, authorities said.
