Steubenville, OHIO (WTRF) - The potential takeover of the former Eastern Gateway Community College by Youngstown State University continues to see progress.
The building is now back in control of Jefferson County, and Commissioners hired 3 former EGCC workers back on Monday to maintain the facility.
