Urban Mission Ministries is an organization that thousands of people here count on for food, shelter, and support. But with federal dollars tightening, their future is uncertain.

7 News went directly to the source today, meeting with Urban Mission leadership to learn how these funding cuts could impact the services they provide.

Roughly five hundred fifty thousand dollars a year to run those shelters — and right now, at this point in time, we're only getting around two hundred thousand dollars a year to run those shelters."
