MONROE, Michigan — An all-clear has been given by Monroe County Community College after a bomb threat shut down the campus and the Whitman Center on Tuesday morning.
In a social media post, the college said as of 4:07 p.m., all buildings on the main campus in Monroe and at the Whitman Center in Temperance "have been cleared and declared safe."
The college said all buildings will continue to be on lockdown until the campus opens Wednesday morning. MCCC said the main campus and the Whitman Center will be open as usual on Wednesday.
