ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - An arrest warrant for animal cruelty has been issued for actor and singer Tyrese Gibson, according to Fulton County officials.

On Sept. 18, one of Gibson’s neighbors called the Fulton County Police Department and said one of Gibson’s four Cane Corso dogs “roamed freely in the Tuxedo Court neighborhood in Buckhead and had just killed the neighbor’s dog, a 5-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel,” officials said.

Officials said his four dogs were seen on camera scratching at a door across the street from where the dog was found dead minutes before the attack.

The dogs were “reported running loose on five occasions” before the attack, Fulton County officials said. Gibson had received several warnings, officials said.
