CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Charlotte-Mecklenburg police were scheduled to discuss recent crimes against children.

Officers planned to hold a press conference at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30.

The announcement was expected to be an update about an investigation into crimes against children.
