BRECKSVILLE, Ohio -- A Toledo-based insurance and consulting firm with 19 offices in seven states plans to open a new location in Valor Acres. at Brecksville and Miller roads.

Hylant has signed a lease for a 24,000-square-foot space in Valor Acres. The company is scheduled to move into its Brecksville office in early 2027.

“As we continue to grow, it’s critical that our workspace reflects our values,” Nick Hylant, market president of Hylant-Cleveland, said in a press release.

Hylant joins The Sherwin-Williams Co., which in July announced the opening of its Morikis Global Tech
