SUMTER, S.C. — Officers with the Sumter Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding 14-year-old Travis Ty’Nehl McFadden Jr.

Police said McFadden, who lives in Sandy Run, has a history of leaving home without permission. He was last seen around 5:15 p.m. Monday and has not returned.

McFadden is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with white lettering, light-colored blue jeans, and black Nike shoes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Sumter Police Department at 803-436-2700.
