Drugs found in a home where children live resulted in felony charges for the home owner. Officers were at the home for an inspection when cause was given to receive a search warrant for the home. During the search, officers found a black plastic trash sack containing distribution amounts of Marijuana. Inside the home owner’s bedroom was located a container and items that tested positive for Fentanyl, as well as a glass vial with brown paste that tested positive for Fentanyl. Drug paraphernalia, psilocybin mushrooms, a full prescription bottle labeled Gabapentin prescribed to another person, and more drug related items were also located in the bedroom.
