A man was arrested for assault last week in Duchesne County after he became enraged when asked what he was doing. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers received a call to the Arcadia area on September 24th where two victims reported being assaulted by an individual that was later identified as 24-year-old Kaden Ray Kidd. The victims alleged that Kidd and another male became enraged and attacked them when they were asked what they were doing near the victims’ property. During the altercation, Kidd grabbed a handgun from his vehicle and threatened to shoot the victims causing them to be afraid for their lives. Officers located Kidd and he was arrested. He is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Aggravated Assault. Kidd is currently ordered to be held without bail.
