SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — An Arizona man has been arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting and threatening a McDonald's employee in Summit County.

Mark Anthony Sanchez, 25, of Arizona, was charged with aggravated commercial obstruction, assault with injury, threat of violence, and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child.

According to court documents, on Sept. 26, 2025, the Summit County Sheriff's Office was contacted by McDonald's employees who reported a fight in progress. When a sheriff's deputy arrived, he learned that Sanchez had been asked to leave because he was harassing people.
