BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Disaster Readiness Fair is set to come to Wofford Heights and Lake Isabella on Saturday after its success in other parts of the Kern River Valley, according to the Kern Fire Safe Council.

On Thursday, the Disaster Readiness Fair took place in Mountain Mesa and Kernville, during which local organizations and community members came together to learn about safety tips and information, according to the council.
