Kargil, Sept 30: The Kargil Democratic Alliance (KDA) on Tuesday announced it will support the Apex Body’s decision to boycott talks with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) until a judicial inquiry is announced into the recent violence in Leh and allegations against activist Sonam Wangchuk are withdrawn.
