MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) - Police in Wisconsin revealed that a man was arrested on September 22 for threatening to blow up the state's Capitol Building.
According to the Madison Police Department, dispatch received a call around 8:40 p.m. from University Avenue and Breese Terrace over a threat.
A man reportedly called 911, threatening to blow up the Capitol Building. Officers arrived and the man repeatedly stated that he wanted to blow it up.
The man, Andrei Anderson, was arrested for Terrorist Threats and violating probation.
