CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A Cape Girardeau man has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison for helping steal from a gun store.
According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, 24-year-old Danaje Raymond Webster was sentenced on Tuesday, September 30 for helping steal a pistol from a Cape Girardeau County gun store.
Webster previously pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Cape Girardeau in July to one count of stealing a firearm from a licensed dealer.
They say Webster and his co-defendant, Dayvion Jyraud Parker, will also have to pay restitution of $1,999.
