WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) - A man charged in connection with a Johnston City death investigation was granted a pre-trial release.
According to online court documents, Killian Swan was granted a pre-trial release and given a criminal GPS monitoring device.
His pre-trial hearing was set for October 6.
Swan is charged with four felonies, including second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter, as well as aggravated battery/great bodily harm and aggravated battery/discharge of a firearm.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Johnston City police officers were called around 9:34 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, to the 1500 block of Pine Avenue to a report of a 44-year-old man found dead.
