Western New York National Cemetery is expanding

CORFU - The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemetery Administration (NCA) acquired 92.65 acres of land in Corfu earlier this month. The additional land will be for future burial space at the Western New York National Cemetery.

"The new land will allow the cemetery to provide burial options in the area for the next century," the VA said Monday in its announcement.
