MANCHESTER, N.H. —

Two parents and a grandmother have pleaded guilty to charges related to neglecting and abusing their children.

The five children were found four years ago in a home on Spruce Street in Manchester in what police at the time called horrific conditions.

Eddie King and Alicia Washok, along with the children's grandmother, Lori Harmon, pleaded guilty Tuesday to multiple charges related to the neglect and abuse of two of the children.

King pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree assault for allegedly shooting one of the children in the chest with a pellet gun.
