Grand Blanc Township Police said the man who allegedly tried to plow through the barricade near The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-day Saints — where four worshippers were killed and eight wounded in a Sept. 28 mass shooting — did not have "any ill will" and that the incident was unrelated to the tragedy.
