An entity affiliated with Holland Partner Group, which developed much of the property, sold the Village at Beardslee Crossing for $177 million, or about $392,461 per unit, according to King County public records. The buyer was an entity affiliated with Mesirow Financial’s real estate arm.

Located at 19115, 19121 & 19128 112th Ave. NE; 19116 & 19122 Beardslee Blvd., the 451-unit property sits near the University of Washington Bothell campus. The community offers studios, one- and two-bedroom units, according to Apartments.com. The community also features a barbecue and picnic area as well as a media room.
