At the stroke of midnight, a shutdown of the American government will indiscriminately impact tens of thousands across Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
Local lawmakers on both sides of the aisle agree they want to avoid a shutdown. They disagree on who is to blame for the mess in the first place.
