MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a critically missing man.

Officials say 41-year-old Terrance Booker was last seen by hospital staff Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 30. He was last believed to be in the area of 12th and Kilbourn, traveling on foot.

Terrance is described as a Black male, around 6'1", 206 pounds, with a medium build, brown eyes, and black/balding hair. He was last seen wearing a black, long-sleeved shirt with "Puma" written on the front and sleeves, dark blue jeans, and dark-colored shoes.
