CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) -- Part of US 45 is closed after a crash in Champaign County.

Around 7:15 p.m., Illinois State Police said a crash took place on US 45 at 600N in Tolono. The crash is blocking the road, and lanes will be blocked for several hours, State Police added.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area at this time. WCIA will provide more information as we learn more.
