ATWATER, Calif. (KFSN) -- A teacher's dedication to the trades led to a special surprise at Atwater High School.

Shelby Fishman teaches small engines pathway and was one of 25 winners of the 2025 Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence.
