LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Students at Arnold Elementary took part in a color run Tuesday afternoon, organized by student members of the Be the Change Club.
Emma George, the school’s counselor and co-sponsor of the club, said the goal was to bring students and families together to have fun and treat one another with respect and kindness. She said it’s been five years since the last color run at Arnold.
The club’s members did everything from signing up friends, family and teachers to gathering supplies and making posters for the run, which took place just after school Tuesday.
