WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Kentucky State Police are investigating a death at Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex.

Troopers say 27-year-old Ryan Rayburn from Ashcamp was found unresponsive in his cell.

Police attempted to save Rayburn, but their efforts were unsuccessful.

Police say foul play is suspected, and an inmate at the facility is a person of interest.

This is an ongoing investigation.
