NEW YORK — Red Sox manager Alex Cora plans to keep his postseason lineups and personnel decisions similar to the regular season.

“We’re not going to change what we do,” Cora said, discussing his Wild Card Series Game 1 lineup Tuesday .

However, Cora admitted he might change one thing for Game 2. Backup Connor Wong has spent most of this season as Brayan Bello’s personal catcher, but starting catcher Carlos Narváez might team with Bello on Wednesday.

“Maybe that changes,” Cora said.

Bello is comfortable with whoever is behind the plate.
