We're about halfway through the high school football regular season.

Teams are starting to separate themselves from the pack in regards to possibly being one of the final 16 teams remaining in their class, thus earning a playoff berth.

Players are cementing themselves among the area's best and making a name for themselves statewide.

We've seen some underclassmen, including a few freshmen, emerge amongst the upperclassmen and make early noise this season.

Here's a few younger players to watch for, not only this season but moving forward.
