A man has admitted causing the death of a beloved mum-of-three in a horror car crash.

Paula Chadwick, 52, was driving a white Vauxhall Corsa on December 12 last year when she collided with a grey Range Rover Velar being driven by Adam Boulton.

Medics raced to A54 Holmes Chapel Road between Middlewich and the M6 Junction 18 roundabout following the incident and Paula was rushed to hospital.

But sadly, the mum from Middlewich in Cheshire died the following day at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
