The Wood River volleyball team will host the Minico Spartans today, Wednesday, Oct. 1, at Wood River High School. Game time is set for 6:30 p.m. in Hailey. The Wolverines recorded a 25-18, 25-19, 23-25, 25-20 road victory at the Burley Bobcats on Monday. Ellie Sandoz led the team with 18 kills and five blocks, while Avery Seaward and Daisy Scalers added 10 kills apiece. Ashley Carhuamaca posted 11 digs, while Story Sharp tallied 44 assists. Wood River is 10-12 (5-1 Great Basin Conference) on the season.
