WEST FRANKFORT — In the span of a week, both the Frankfort Community Unit School District No. 168 and the American Federation of Teachers Local 817, representing Frankfort school teachers, have filed unfair labor practice complaints against each other.

The Southern has obtained copies of each complaint from the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, in which each unit accuses the other of not bargaining in good faith.
