DAVIE COUNTY, N.C. — Three men were arrested after deputies said they stole $117,000 worth of merchandise. One of their targets was a Lowe's in Mocksville.

Davie County deputies said a group of men drove to the Lowe's in a white Chevy Camaro with red racing stripes and a U-Haul box truck on May 4, 2025. They allegedly stole $6,485 in building materials.

Deputies said the same group stole an additional $3,070 of building materials about a week later.

The men are accused of committing similar crimes at several retailers over the span of about 4 months as part of a retail crime ring. In total, deputies said they stole about $117,000 of merchandise in those 4 months.
