NORTH PROVIDENCE – A plan to build two-dozen condos on Marconi Street is heading back to the Planning Board for consideration, after a judge found that its previous approval was erroneous.
But there’s a lot still up in the air about this situation, says Planning Director Brent Wiegand, as Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Lanphear’s decision is confusing. He said that as a result, consideration of the proposal at an Oct. 8 Planning Board meeting, will likely be delayed until they can get a response from the judge on what his order means.
