NORTH PROVIDENCE – Several weeks after it was announced on social media, Krazy Wings and Things will be soft-launched this week at 2220 Mineral Spring Ave., as confirmed by owner Dave Thomas.

The restaurant is located at the former site of Tio’s Pizza in Centredale, which closed over the summer.

Along with giant chicken wings as the main specialty, this second eatery in North Providence will feature “krazy fries,” jumbo hotdogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, grinders, and pizza.

“I’m excited,” Thomas told The Breeze. “If we decide when the nice weather comes, we’ll do clam cakes, chowder, and lobster rolls. In the fall and spring, we’ll do some comfort foods like a shepherd’s pie, spaghetti pie, stuffed pizzas, meat loaves, stuff that’s more hearty.”
