A machete-wielding thug launched a brutal attack on a man enjoying a quiet pint in front of terrified punters. The bloody assault took place at Bells Bar in Springburn, Glasgow last Friday.

A 39-year-old man was rushed to hospital with severe injuries after being targeted with the large blade . It is understood the attack was not random.
