SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Attorney General Marty Jackley announced on Wednesday that a Brookings man has been indicted on 50 felony counts of Distribution of Child Pornography.

Former state employee facing additional charges

Former State of South Dakota employee Mohammad Ghosheh, 24, was indicted on Sept. 29 by a Brookings County Grand Jury, facing up to 15 years in prison for each sentence.

The crimes allegedly took place in Brookings County between October 2024 and February 2025.

Ghosheh faces charges of Solicitation of a Minor and 50 felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
