A man was arrested last week after using his truck to ram an occupied vehicle in Uintah County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers responded to a domestic detail on September 20th and found that there was damage to the driver side of the rammed vehicle and that the truck had a light bar out of place at the same height as the new damage to the victim’s vehicle. 29-year-old Kyler Jordan Cook allegedly went to his truck that was parked in a driveway in order to leave but the victim’s vehicle was parked in the way. The victim loaded herself and her child into the vehicle to move it when Kyler’s truck struck the driver side of the vehicle.
